1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract where you live. One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.

2. Your tier and membership

Creating an account is free and costs nothing to keep. Every member is placed on one of four tiers, and a tier determines which profiles that member can see in discovery: your own tier and every tier below it. Likes are delivered whatever tier the sender and recipient are on. Paid tiers are optional subscriptions billed through our payment processor, monthly or on a 3- or 6-month term paid upfront, at the prices shown on the tiers page when you subscribe. A subscription can be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal, you keep your tier until the end of the term you paid for, and you then move to the free tier. Cancelling does not delete your account, your verification, your matches or your messages.

A tier changes reach only. It never grants access to another member's media or reviews, never changes how a report is handled, and never substitutes for verification.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant 6on7 a limited licence to store, process and display that content strictly to operate the service for you. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to legal retention obligations.

4. Packets and grants

Media and review packets are shared only through a grant you create. A grant is limited in time and in number of opens, is revocable at any moment, and is personal to the recipient. Recipients must not record, redistribute or republish packet contents. Every open is logged and attributable.

5. Prohibited conduct

No impersonation, harassment, fraud or solicitation of money, no content involving minors, no non-consensual or intimate material, no scraping, no automation of accounts, no sharing of another member's packet contents. Violations result in suspension or permanent removal and, where required, a report to the relevant authority.

6. Moderation

We may review reports, verification submissions and flagged messages, and may suspend or remove accounts. We do not read private conversations except where a report, a legal obligation, or a safety threat requires it, and each such access is recorded in an internal audit log.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

Verification reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. 6on7 does not conduct criminal background checks except where a specific verification tier says so explicitly, and does not guarantee the conduct, identity or intentions of any member. Meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and trust your instincts.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where practicable and without notice where safety requires it.

9. Changes

Material changes to these terms will be surfaced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that point constitutes acceptance.
